Traditional workshops are usually built around a fixed procedure and shared learning. Your 1-to-1 mentoring day is built entirely around your experience, your confidence gaps and your goals, allowing you to cover multiple treatment areas while receiving my undivided attention.

Absolutely. In fact, that’s one of the biggest advantages of 1-to-1 mentoring. Rather than attending separate workshops for individual procedures, your day can incorporate multiple treatment areas, based on your previous training, experience and objectives.

Yes. This is one of the most common reasons practitioners come for mentoring. Often you don’t need another certificate. You need hands-on experience, reassurance, repetition and a clear plan to move from trained to actually treating.

No. There is no standard curriculum that everyone has to follow. If you’re already treating confidently, we can focus on more advanced techniques, treatment planning, full-face  assessment, combination treatments, consultation skills or the areas where you specifically want to improve.

Models are selected around your learning objectives, existing experience and the treatment areas we have agreed to focus on. The aim isn’t simply to give you as many injections as possible, but to expose you to useful consultations, anatomy, clinical decisions and treatment planning.

Because no two faces are the same. Seeing multiple patients exposes you to different anatomy, concerns, expectations and treatment decisions, helping you develop clinical judgement rather  than simply memorising an injection pattern.

Yes. You can choose 1, 2 or 4 mentoring days, with discounted multi-day options. More days allow us to cover a broader range of treatments, increase repetition and build your clinical confidence through substantially more patient exposure.

Potentially, significantly. Instead of travelling to multiple single-procedure workshops over several months, you can develop experience across multiple treatment areas within one personalised  programme, reducing travel, time away from work and repeated training days.

That’s fine. Before your mentoring we’ll look at your previous training, current experience, confidence and goals. Part of my role as your mentor is helping identify where your biggest gaps are and what would make the greatest difference to your development.

No. Clinical confidence is essential, but it doesn’t automatically create patients. We can also work on consultations, patient communication, treatment planning, implementation and the practical steps required to turn your skills into a working aesthetics career or clinic.

You’re not expected to leave the mentoring day and figure everything out alone. You’ll receive ongoing support alongside your 90-Day Roadmap™ and BTC AI Toolkit™, giving you additional resources to help with clinical questions, consultations, patient communication and implementation.

Then we build the day around confidence. Confidence rarely comes from collecting another certificate. It develops through repetition, supervised experience, feedback and making clinical  decisions with an experienced mentor beside you.

No. The guarantee requires your participation and implementation. You must complete the agreed activities within your personalised 90-Day Roadmap™ and satisfy the published Terms & Conditions. It’s a shared commitment: we provide the mentoring, roadmap and support, and you

commit to implementing it.

You don’t need to decide that on your own. It depends on your existing experience, the number of treatment areas you want to develop and how quickly you want to progress. We’ll discuss your goals first and recommend the most appropriate programme, not simply the biggest one.
